Andrea Salani is the Information Technology Manager at Doctor’s Medical Center. He supervises DMC’s computer infrastructure and related areas of concern. He oversees teams that manage network technology, IT security and the software platforms used by the company. He was born in Italy and came to the United States for his college education. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Miami in Computer Engineering. He became a Certified Novell Administrator in 1996. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, having received his certification in 2001, but after that he completed other courses in 2010. He started working at Doctor’s Medical Center as a contractor and became DMC’s I.T. Manager in 2012. His achievements include aiding the company in becoming one of the first practices to be completely paperless with an Electronic Health Records System.
