NEW HIRE ORIENTATION

Dear New Hire,

 

As we are practicing social distancing, New Hire Orientation has moved to an online format using Zoom.  Please do not come to our headquarters.  The online orientation program is scheduled to begin on Monday’s from 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST, with a one hour break commencing at 12:00PM EST.  Orientation is completed within 3 to 5 days.  To join the online program, please look for an email from your facilitator with instructions and Zoom meeting details. If you are unable to attend, please email suarmyh@dmcofmiami.com for alternative arrangements.

New Hire Orientation is Doctor’s Medical Centers way of welcoming you to a thriving cultural center. Designed with you in mind, New Hire Orientation teaches everything you need to know as you begin your career at DMC.

You will have the opportunity to meet virtually with our HR Director, payroll representative, Managers, our Greenway trainer and so forth as you embark in your new journey with Doctor’s Medical Center.

WHAT TO BRING TO ORIENTATION
  •  New Hire Packet
  • Original social security card for payroll purposes.
  • Voided check for direct deposit.
  • Foreign nationals working on a visa need to bring passport and employment authorization documentation.
  • Original documents of proof of identification and eligibility to work to complete the second section of the I-9.  View Acceptable Documents.
WHAT TO WEAR

Business casual attire or work clothes are recommended. Orientation is paid work time, so dress as you would for a day at work. Check with your supervisor for any other instructions.

Best advice is to use Wazes.  The palmetto exit is NW 58th Street.  Once you get off the palmetto, drive west on NW 58th Street and once you get to the second stop light, NW 82nd Ave, make a left. The DMC HQ building will be on your left-hand side.
