Mr. Aramy Rangel always knew he wanted to be a doctor. He studied in the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Villa Clara, Cuba and received his Doctor degree in 1994. From there, this was just the beginning; he was able to specialize in Family Practice by 2000. He then completed a Master of Science in Medicine in 2005 at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba. Due to the political problems in Cuba, he knew he had to leave the country and he ended up in Venezuela where he worked as a Clinical Ophthalmologist for a year.
After spending a year in Venezuela, he then emigrated to the United States and this was not an obstacle for him to continue studying. He started at Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing by 2013. In 2014, he received a Master’s Degree in Nursing. As soon as he received his Master’s Degree, he joined Doctor’s Medical Center. He enjoys educating his patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
