My aspiration to become a Medical Doctor stemmed from childhood as a result of my frequent visits to the hospital in Jamaica for treatment of a skin condition. After migrating to the United States as a teenager I later obtained my Bachelor’s Degree with High Honors from Howard University and obtained a Scholarship to Temple University School of Medicine and graduated in 1991.

I subsequently completed my training in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center where I also served as Chief Resident. For the past 20 years, I have enjoyed caring for the residents of North Miami Beach and the community, always striving to provide the best care to all my patients in collaboration with the various Health Insurance plans.
